Refund policy

 

You can exercise the right of return within 14 days of purchase, by sending an email to info@bloomoon.it indicating:

Name and surname
Identification code
Order number
Reason for return

In case of return acceptance, you will receive a shipping label by email, to be printed and attached to the package (preferably the same that was used for delivery).

The status of the goods will be verified upon arrival at our premises and, if in accordance with integrity, we will proceed to refund.

The refund will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the return, on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that, according to the "European Cancellation Policy", the customer who exercises the right of withdrawal will be refunded the full amount of the returned items (net of discount used at the time of purchase). The return costs, however, will be borne by the customer (9.90 €).
