The barrels, made of iron in the 50s and 60s, bear evident signs of wear and tear that testify their historicity. Each piece is unique. Originally used to hold oil, these vintage barrels were then used in a mechanical workshop to collect metal scraps. Having already lived their "life", they are now ready to be reinvented in new uses.
The bins have an oily coating over the entire surface that reflects their industrial past. The cleaning was gentle but accurate, preserving their authentic surface without excessively removing the layers that tell their story.
